Michael M. Lee, CPA has served nonprofit organizations for more than 12 years. Mike has extensive experience in accounting, auditing and nonprofit governance issues, including internal control analysis, budget policy, conflicts-of-interest policy, accounting for donor-restricted charitable contributions, international grant-making policy, racial nondiscrimination policy for nonprofit educational institutions and numerous other related areas.
