Michele M. Wales, CPA has served nonprofit organizations for more than 12 years. Michele has extensive experience in taxation of exempt organizations, including tax-exempt status, income tax, sales tax, property tax, communications tax, excise taxes and numerous other related areas. Michele also has extensive experience in charitable solicitation registration and compliance matters.
